2. Defective or damaged product

3. Considerably different from the description mentioned on www.gafe.co.in marketplace

4. The replacement has to be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order

Does Gafe.co.in Provide Replacement If Customer isn’t satisfied with Product Performance?

How do I inform gafe.co.in for return/replacement or damaged product?

Gafe.co.in and its logistic partners take due care in delivering the product(s) in the best condition, however in the rare occasion of damaged goods being received or any discrepancies with the products received, you can reach out to us at admin@gafe.co.in and +91- 9825087373 within 2 days of receiving the order, to resolve your issue.

If I requested for a replacement, when will I get it?

After the order put for replacement is returned successfully and checked, we will initiate the replacement order from our end. For tracking your replacement order, You will also be updated regularly using different channels like WhatsApp and email.
