Shipping

Light Weight Orders up to 5 Kg Weight will be shipped by 3rd party Couriers& Orders will be delivered till doorstep. Order could be shipped by Air or Surface Depending on Availability of Service at customers shipping address pin code.

Heavy Weight Shipments Ranging 6 – 30 Kg will be shipped by Spot-on Logistics Partner & Order will be delivered till Doorstep. In case if the shipping address isn’t serviceable by Courier / Logistics partner, we shall ship order till nearest Courier/ Logistics Partner warehouse, Customer shall have to arrange pickup for the same.

Bulky Weight Orders Ranging above 30 Kg will be Shipped by Surface Logistics Partners till Logistics Warehouse Facility within or near your City. Doorstep Delivery will not be served by logistics partner; Customer will have to arrange pickup for there order from logistics partner warehouse facility. Heavy Machine orders may arrive in separate packages& customer will be informed with tracking details for the same.

Detailed shipment dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address&WhatsApp Number provided at time of order. Shipping times vary depending on what state you are located in and the carrier that is used to ship your package. You can expect a delivery within 6 -10 business days of shipment once dispatched from our Warehouse. In case of remote/difficult to serve areas, expect a delivery within 10-12 business days.

Orders are shipped within 3 - 5 days from receiving order (unless otherwise specified) and tracking details updated one day after that.

As a general practice always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem please don't accept the package or sign the POD and let us know the Name / Phone number of the person delivering the package.

Gafe.co.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities 

Gafe.co.in is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. 

Viewing & tracking orders

Once your Order is dispatched from our warehouse, an email with the tracking number will be generated and sent to you. If you do not receive this mail, first check the spam or junk folder of your mailbox. If you do not receive the mail still, please contact us on WhatsApp : +91 8600778652 as soon as possible.

You can go to the shipping carrier’s website and enter the tracking number or follow the link through the email we sent you. If you are trying to check the status the same day your order leaves our warehouse, the tracking will likely not be updated by the carrier yet as it may have only recently been shipped out.

You should try to check the tracking number the next day and it will likely work fine.
